Orders received by Valrie James are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may be subject to longer processing times. Once processing is complete, orders are shipped from North Carolina via USPS. Orders typically take 2-8 days to ship via USPS.
Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, size and destination. Pricing options are available for your review during checkout. We also offer an expedited shipping option. If you select the expedited shipping option, orders received before 12pm EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Gifts are shipped without a signature requirement by default. If you require a signature to ensure delivery, please select that option in your shopping cart prior to checkout.
We offer shipping anywhere in the Continental United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order is placed, you will receive and order confirmation via email with the tracking information. Orders can be tracked through the Arrive app.
In the rare instance that your delivery cannot be located and the shipper tracking report indicted that it was delivered, we will do everything we can to assist you.
While these instances are rare, they are out of our control once we make final shipping arrangements. If your package is lost or stolen we recommend filing a carrier claim and we will be happy to do the same on our end. Additionally, we recommend that you require a signature to ensure delivery of your gift.
We offer local delivery for businesses ONLY within select areas of Charlotte, North Carolina for a $15 delivery fee.

Additional Delivery Policies
Our delivery days are Monday - Friday before 2pm.
We do not offer delivery on weekends or holidays.
We do not offer same day delivery. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST in order to be delivered the next business day.
In order for us to complete delivery to your business, you must provide the name of the business and suite number if applicable. To arrange delivery to your business, please contact us before placing your online order so that we may assist you.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the personal handcrafted nature of our curated and custom gift boxes, we cannot accept returns of any kind. We take great pride and care in making sure that your gifts arrive to you just as beautiful as they were when we assembled them. Our goal is to ensure that you and your gifting recipient are happy. If your order arrives and you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
For all online transactions, we gladly accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments. For our custom gift design service, we accept all major credit cards via Shopify.
We collect sales tax in accordance with the State of North Carolina.
We do not include pricing information or receipts in our gift boxes. Only the sender will receive an email receipt of purchase with pricing information.
A standard personalized note is included with your order. Please leave your comments in the appropriate comment field and your personalized message will be included inside of your gift box.
We do allow gift box customization. If you have a certain budget or would like to substitute an item please contact us at email@example.com or fill out the form on or Contact Us page. Please reference the gift box that you are interested in customizing. Please take note that some additions and substitutions may incur additional costs to the price of the gift box.
Gifts ordered online from our pre-curated collection are typically available to ship within 1-3 business days depending on stock levels.
For small custom orders of 10 - 30 boxes, and if you require any special order items, we require 2-3 weeks advance notice.
For large custom orders of 30+ boxes, and orders requiring special order or customized items, please allow 4-6 weeks. This lead time gives us proper time for the design process, logo branding, item sourcing, special order items and final assembly.
Please be advised that our lead time frames are not final and are subject to change. Orders submitted under these time frames will certainly be considered, but cannot be guaranteed based on high demand and holiday season.

There are no minimums to order gifts from our pre-curated gift collection, however, if you would like to place an order for more than 10 boxes, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do have order minimums for our custom gift design service. These minimums are based on the type of custom gift the client requires (i.e. wedding, bridal party gifts, corporate events, client or employee appreciation, etc.) Please note that we require a deposit of 10% of the total cost in order to start the design process. This amount reserves your gifting date and will be deducted from your final bill. All custom orders must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to delivery.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to incorporate alcohol in our gift box designs. However, if a client purchases alcohol on their own to be displayed in the gift box, we will include it in the box. This applies for local orders only. We do not ship any alcoholic products even if the client purchases it.
